A consistent yoga practice is a great way to get
(& stay) in shape, no matter what your age or body type. An experience
of watching your mind, feeling your breath, your heart and your body, our
unique approach to yoga also leads to a deeper sense of well-being and
balance.
For beginners and advanced alike, we will take you through the fundamentals of alignment and breathing which will come into immediate play in your everyday life. You will also learn and practice basic and advanced stretches, balancing poses, strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques. You can begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that can arise from practicing yoga such as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular and digestive health, as well as a sense of well-being and relaxed awareness. As an added bonus, class size will be limited
to a small group so everyone will receive plenty of personal attention from
the teacher.
